The Illusion of Captivity: You Were Never Trapped
Observe closely, and you'll notice most people are busy changing the world. But if you ask them, "From what? For whom?"—they have no answer. They are looking for fulfillment outside of themselves. It's like frantically searching for your glasses while they are already resting on your face and nose. We imagine ourselves trapped as if the vast sky of existence has turned into a prison. We struggle, fight, and spend our lives trying to escape them. But tell me, what is there to be free from if you were never bound?
Chaos and Order: Two Sides of the Same Reality
We have invested too much time and energy in the chaos of the outer world within our inner minds, not realizing that this outer chaos is merely the intricate foreground of an orderly inner background. At the core of chaos lies order. The chaos you perceive—both inside and outside—is not something separate from you.
Chaos and order are not two different things but part of the same cosmic design. But if you become too entangled in your mental noise, you will only see chaos outside. As within, so without. You believe the world is broken and must be fixed, that life must be controlled.
Surrender and Let Go: The Universe Is Already Perfect
The more you resist, the more suffering you create. When you stop trying to "fix" the universe and align with it, something magical happens—you see that everything is already in perfect rhythm. Reality is not a problem to be solved. It is a vast intelligence, an unfolding dance. And you are not separate from it; you are it.
If you sit here in stillness and truly experience this moment, you will see that the universe never needs saving. Only your perception has required correction. When you let go of this unnecessary struggle and allow yourself to be, you will know the truth—not as a thought but as a living experience: you and the universe are not two. Once you become still, everything around you becomes still.
When we surrender, let go, and trust the universe, we discover a profound “sense of oneness” deep within us, which is the ultimate goal of all spiritual practice and life.
This is just what I needed to hear at just the right moment. Thank you 🙏.
There is always an order in chaos.
When we perceive it with inner mind, we will be always see it.
